		<description>Thomas, agreed, not necessarily all bad - in fact your post provides several good examples of how lawyers put blogging to good use.  I&#039;ve heard of cases where individual bloggers were threatened by corporate lawyers, and decided to take down their posts, not having the resources to spend on defence - that&#039;s the bad part.  But that part is not specific to blogging, it&#039;s a fact of life in general :-(
