You are absolutely correct. Not only are they targeting school kids, but they offered something they can't even fill! My son is still disappointed. We got the comformation that we would receive our free skin. We waited over 1 month and no skin, so we called them. They gave us another DELL number...Yes, it was a toll free number, but it was stationed in India!!! The poor lady was very nice, but really had no idea what happened to the skin. She kept promising me the skin would arrive in 2 weeks, but it never came. I had to call back at least 6 times. Finally she sent me an electronic $50, which was supposed to be for the skin at skinit.com. Guess what? The $50 was for DELL's website, which doesn't have the skins any more. What a rip off!

They are offering the free skins, yet I have not been able to get the website to work to get my free skin. I contacted Customer Service and was told their system was temporarily down. Doesn't give me a lot of confidence in the dells that I own.....
