There needs to be a distinction between his majority equity stake and whether he has majority voting rights. Given that all signs point to NetSuite getting to market after all, I have to believe that Evan, Zach and others have voting rights that go beyond baseline common equity percentages and/or that NetSuite has negotiated hurdles and accelerators in the event of Oracle's interest.
