"Knowledge is worthless if you can’t find the content you need when you need it. And usually—despite the best intentions—corporate content is a mess. Eighty-five percent of corporate content exists as unstructured files and documents, which are typically trapped on corporate LANs, in email, or on individual computers. So employees can’t access the content they need, or the versions they find are out-of-date and inaccurate." This is the official reason why Koral was developed. It clearly states in short it's capabilities.

I tried Koral and saw the Scoble video

I saw something in the video I desperately need but can't locate:

Drag and Drop icon on desktop to check in files

What is it, where is it, etc.

I emailed Koral support with no response.

Zoli - thanks for the review and feedback. It's much appreciated.

I totally agree that working (and moving between) the online/offline world is a must-have to get people working seamlessly with Koral and other tools. The *convenience factor* (or lack of it) can drive adoption and usage massively.

As you mention, we have a desktop tool that helps bridge these 2 worlds. We're investing a lot into this going forward to help make the experience of online/offline usage better. I'm also optimistic that the up-and-coming Adobe Apollo project will help with this tool.

As for Zoho, they've done a really elegant job in building such a breadth and depth of online authoring tools.

While I may want to get to 1st draft on my desktop, it would be great if I can review and revise with my colleagues on-line. Expect something soon.
