I wanted to tell you about Coventi Pages, a new startup I've co-founded with Dan Wilson (www.coventi.com). We're a full-featured online word processor with a heavy focus on discussion and collaboration features (we think we've got Google Docs pretty well beat here :)). In regards to companies with recent news, ThinkFree is starting to release a series of new "Viewer" tools for bloggers, webmasters and Web service providers to publish MS or ThinkFree Office docs, spreadsheets, and presentations online - with an embedded viewer.
