		<description>Dear Zoli,

I worked hard on the concept of a product and developing it. Once I almost finished, a partner came to my office and asked me to explain the concept fully.

Then he suggested a couple of additions to the product and offer his help to help me to patent the product.

We met with the patent lawyers and then I saw it clearly: Not only my partner wanted to be part of the invention, but also suggested to make a patent for the architecture rather than only the product.

When I asked why an architecture, he told me the story of the windshield wipers. A guy that received royalties for every producer just because he enter a concept of this at the patent office.

There are people who live abusing the legal system of US. This is what is happening to facebook and every successful concept.

The solution must come from a legal reform to prevent these opportunistic people.
