Get Out of Jail Faster With EchoSign – Ouch:-(

EchoSign’s Favorite Widget of the Month is by Bailgram.com:

Let’s face it, helping a family member make bail is a traumatic experience. What if instead of going down to some sketchy shop near the courthouse — likely in off hours — you could fill out an application in seconds online? Frankly, it’s harder to think of a much better use of the internet.

Well, Jason, I think I can find a lot better uses of the Internet… smile_wink But wait, he goes on, encouraging me to jump right in:

…click here and with the EchoSign widget, you can fill out and sign your application in seconds!

Hm… thanks… I’d rather stay out of jail in the first place. smile_omg

(P.S. I do like EchoSign, it’s a great service, just not planning to get in jail any time soon)

Update (10/23): Hey, $6M covers a lot of bail smile_regular. OK, that’s my way of saying congratulations, Jason and Team!

  1. When bail agencies, an industry known for rough culture and gloomy offices, is using modern SaaS products you got to think that something is changing in SaaS acceptance in the market place…

  2. You can never know… recently I had to sign an agreement with an “Enterprise 2.0” startup, and the CEO told me his lawyers would freak out on EchoSign – then you have the bail bond guys gladly work with it. An upside-down world…

  3. I like all the comments! I do have to tell you EchoSign is the way to go. As a Bail Bond Nationwide Service @ http://WWW.BAILGRAM.com, this cuts out 2 to 3 days of waiting on Over-Night Mail, we can execute the bail in minutes and EchoSign serves as a Third Party Verifier. What More could you want? If an attorney disagrees with this I would worry about them, after all this is approved by the U.S Courts.
