		<description>It looks like a good start for a beta product that will have a freemium offering. However, enterprise HR software for midsize and even 100+ employee companies requires a sales force, services, and significant support/dedication from the vendor.

Companies will not buy their HR software from a swiss army knife. This might be good for companies who use Zoho for everything else, and maybe thats all that matters - in that respect this could be a success. But as to whether HR managers will adopt this over other solutions out there from SaaS HRMS vendors such as Ultimate Software, Lawson, etc? I can&#039;t see it happening at all.</description>
