I have bought Lenovo laptops exclusively for 12 years, but never again after my latest, and still ongoing, repair nightmare. Short (but typical) story is that they have had my laptop, which is in need of a new LCD screen, for now more than 10 days "waiting for parts". After nearly all day yesterday on the phone dealing with Lenovo's goat rodeo (the military has a better but unprintable term for this) of telephone service reps, there is still no ETA for any possible repair. Nobody is in charge, and nobody can help you. And believe me, nobody at Lenovo cares about getting you back up and running. I have bought my last one.
