Ross Mayfield talks about Manage Knowledgement as a way of KM (Knowledge Management) that’s backwords yet works. Instead of an afterthought ( filling forms, applying AI to extract knowledge) it’s an inherent part of our activity: collaborate, share, contribute, based on social incentives.
Ross my believe he coined the term, but just google Manage Knowledgement, and see it bring up all the KM sites. 🙂
