Is it time to look for “malblogging insurance”?

    Thomas, agreed, not necessarily all bad – in fact your post provides several good examples of how lawyers put blogging to good use. I’ve heard of cases where individual bloggers were threatened by corporate lawyers, and decided to take down their posts, not having the resources to spend on defence – that’s the bad part. But that part is not specific to blogging, it’s a fact of life in general 🙁
